Information you give us
- Contact details – your name, mobile number, email address and delivery address when you order, call, email or message us.
- Order details – the products, quantities and amounts in your order, and your payment status.
- Prescriptions – a photo or copy of a doctor’s prescription when you order prescription (Rx) medicines.
- Business details – firm name, drug licence and GST details if you enquire about bulk orders or becoming a distributor.
- Messages – anything you write to us through the contact form, WhatsApp, email or phone.
Information collected automatically
- Basic technical data such as browser type, device, approximate location and pages visited, which hosting and analytics services may record to keep the site running and improve it.
- Your cart and wishlist, which are saved only in your own browser (local storage) and are not sent to us until you choose to place an order.

Prescriptions & Health Information
Prescriptions and any health details you share are treated as sensitive personal data. They are:
- used only to verify and fulfil the order they were shared for;
- accessed only by authorised staff who need them for that purpose;
- kept for the period required under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and its rules, and then securely deleted.

WhatsApp, Payments & Other Services
We rely on trusted third-party services to run our business. When you use them, their own privacy policies also apply:
- WhatsApp (Meta) – orders placed from the cart open a WhatsApp chat with your items pre-filled.
- Payment providers – UPI apps, banks and card networks process your payment. We do not store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN.
- Courier partners – receive your name, phone number and address to deliver your order.
- Website services – hosting, fonts and icon libraries load from external servers and may see your IP address.
Cookies & Local Storage
Our website uses your browser’s local storage to remember your cart and wishlist between visits. This data stays on your device. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
You can clear this data at any time from your browser settings. Doing so will empty your saved cart and wishlist but will not affect orders you have already placed.

Stay safe: we will never ask for your OTP, UPI PIN, card CVV or net-banking password. If anyone claiming to be from MMatrics asks for these, please do not share them and report it to us.
How Long We Keep It
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as long as the law requires – for example, invoices for tax purposes and prescription records under drug laws. After that, it is deleted or anonymised.
Your Rights
Under applicable Indian law you have the right to:

- Erase – ask us to delete your information, unless we must keep it by law.
